Kelly Lewthwaite Building Design 53 Victoria Street Douglas IM1 2LA In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Mr \& Mrs Nick Ingham
Proposal: Alterations and extensions to dwelling to provide additional living accommodation at: Ballavarkish Main Road Greeba Douglas IM4 3LG which was considered on 28 November 2003, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing numbers $\mathrm{WL} / 868 / 2$ and $\mathrm{WL} / 868 / 3$ and the site and location plan submitted on 29th September 2003.
- The roof must be fitted with natural slate.
- All new windows and doors must be painted, timber framed windows.
- All new and replacement windows shown to have a four pane appearance with decorative horns on drawing number $\mathrm{WL} / 868 / 3$ must be vertical sliding sash.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 1983 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) no external doors or windows shall be replaced (other than those expressly authorised by this permission).
NOTE This permission is granted on the basis that no trees will be felled or damaged as part of the development, as indicated in the application.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
