In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you
Proposal: Conversion of part of disused shipyard building into four industrial at: units with storage over The Shipyard Mill Road Peel IM5 1TA which was considered on 19 December 2003, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
Note 3: Rights of the review of the decision are attached.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing number $\mathrm{CC} / 1 / 03$.
- The use is restricted to Class 5 as set out in the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1982 defined as "light industrial" only.
NOTE For connections that comprise more than a single connection to a water main or service, or where new water mains and hydrants will be required, the applicant should contact the Isle of Man Water Authority Planning and Projects Section, tel. 695958 .
NOTE For a change in the supply to a premise (domestic or commercial) the applicant should contact the Isle of Man Water Authority Byelaws Inspector (Les Quayle), tel. 696957 .
NOTE It is an offence under Manx Legislation to permit the discharge of polluting or harmful matter to any public sewers or watercourses. Appropriate measures must be taken by the applicant/occupier to ensure compliance with the legislation.
NOTE The applicant should consult with the Fire Safety Department in respect of appropriate fire precautions.
