In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Mr R Plant
Proposal: Amendments to approved alterations and extension to shop and dwelling ( $02 / 00961 \mathrm{~B}$ ) to incorporate existing redundant shop into creation of two residential units at: Post Office \& Stores Glen Maye Peel IM5 3AZ which was considered on 28 November 2003, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Secretary Planning Committee Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing numbers $03 / 40 / 01$ and $03 / 40 / 02$.
- There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
- Prior to the commencement of works line of the sewer must be identified and agreed with the Department of Transport Drainage Division. The sewer must be protected during building works.
NOTE The applicants should consult with the Fire Safety Department to ensure compliance with the Fire Precautions (Flats) Regulations 1996.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult the Water Authority with regard to the Water Supply Byelaws.
