TO: Mr Stanley Skinner, Ballachrink Farm, Foxdale Road, Eairy, IM4 2HQ

In pursuance of his powers under the above Act and Order, the MINISTER for Infrastructure, following report by the appointed person, does hereby APPROVE the application by Mr Stanley Skinner Erection of an agricultural building, Field 321916, Cooil Road, Cooil, Douglas subject to compliance with the following conditions:-

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

1. This permission relates to erection of an agricultural building, Field 321916 Cooil Road, Douglas as shown by drawings numbered SRS2, SRS3, SK1, SK2 and SK3 received by the Department on 21st March 2011.

1. Prior to any development, details of the exterior cladding shall be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority. The building shall be erected and retained in accordance with those approved details.

1. Prior to any development, the finished floor level relative to an agreed datum shall be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority. The building shall be erected with the floor level at the approved level.

1. All planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved details of landscaping must be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the completion of the development or use of the building, whichever is the sooner. Any trees or plants which within a period of five years from the completion of the development die, are removed, or become seriously damaged or diseased must be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species.

1. The building must be used solely for agricultural purposes. In the event that the building ceases to be required for agricultural purposes it shall be demolished, the materials removed from the site and the land restored to its previous condition.
