General Report Site Visited YES/NO 1. The site relates to the Centenary Hall, Attal Street, Reel. 2. It is a striking building in the Reel Conservation Area. 3. Proposed one alteration to form a tailed block. The existing boundary was would form the side and would be toilets. The roof would slope away from the building producing a blank gable as seen from the front elevation. 4. This is undeprehendable. 5.
