Planning Report and Recommendations General Report Site Visited ☑ YES ☐ NO The application is for the erection of timber fencing with gates at the Legayne Tea Rooms / Laurel Mount Cottage, Glen Duff, Legayne. The fencing will screen Laurel Mount Cottage and the associated car park, with one entrance for the dwelling and two for the car park. The current operations of the application sites and particularly the existing car park serves to limit the impact of the activity on the visual amenity of the area. The proposed fencing is attractive within the area and out of keeping with the character of the countryside. The proposal would introduce a large residential feature into a countryside location.
