In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Mr \& Mrs L Nicol

Proposal: First floor extension over garage and erection of a conservatory to rear elevation at: $\quad 6$ Willowbrook Gardens Douglas which was considered on 15 August 2003, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -

• any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
• the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
• any appeal has been completed.

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. The external finishes of the first-floor extension must match those of the existing building.
3. The side of the conservatory facing Number 5 must be glazed using obscure glass (grade 5).
4. Subject to conditions (2) and (3) above, this approval relates to drawings numbered 33.1 .03 and 34.02 .03 , and date stamped 14th July 2003.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
