In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Mr \& Mrs L Nicol

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- The external finishes of the first-floor extension must match those of the existing building.
- The side of the conservatory facing Number 5 must be glazed using obscure glass (grade 5).
- Subject to conditions (2) and (3) above, this approval relates to drawings numbered 33.1 .03 and 34.02 .03 , and date stamped 14th July 2003.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
