- This approval relates to the installation of replacement windows where the new windows are timber framed sliding sashes with the frames painted and each sash subdivided by glazing bars into six identical panes. The upper sashes may not have horns.
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
