It is a terraced cottage in the Peel Conservation Area. 3. Proposed a replacement for the ground floor, front elevator, window, and other floor space. 4. The existing windows are not traditional and the door is mostly glazed, divided only by 3 slint glazing bags. 5. The 50 are not the originals and all the space they should be replaced. If repair is impracticable, replacement windows which would be nearly visible from a public marketplace must have the same method of opening as the originals. 6. This terrace should be removed from the conservation area in the long term. Given the mix of window styles in the dwelling and the fact that only the grand floor are to be replaced, the cosement window at grand floor is acceptable and the door is on enhancements compared to the existing โ 11/9/63.
