A similar application in July 2002 sought approval for a similar scheme, with only one pitch being operational. The pitches would be present. A two-way race consisted of the application but not objected, as were NAV. I received Area 2 to be the most acceptable, given the proximity of Area 1 to existing residential development at Knots Center. It is important that the area aspect of King William has been treated from Douglas Rd.
