Condition 1

The increase in overall height must be no greater than 1.5 metres. Any heightening must include the retention and appropriate addition to the existing chimney stacks.
Condition 4
All new walls resulting from any heightening must be constructed in a similar manner to that of the existing walls so as to result in a finish to match that of the existing dwelling.
Condition 5
Wherever possible the existing slates should be re-used, where slates are required to be replaced or additional slates needed natural slates to match the existing must be used.
Condition 6
A structural report demonstrating that the dwelling is capable of heightening must be submitted with the reserved matters application. No permission will be granted for any demolition and rebuild.
