In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you
Proposal: Change of use of Park House from Business Park Service Centre Office to allow office based use in accordance with original Business Park approval (89/4166A) and the Braddan Area Plan, at: $\quad$ Park House Isle Of Man Business Park Douglas IM2 2SA which was considered on 16 October 2003, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.

Secretary Planning Committee Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
Note 3: Rights of the review of the decision are attached.

- This approval relates to
(a) the use of the office space in accordance with condition 4(d) of the approval granted in respect of PA89/4166, i.e. as the corporate headquarters of a single company which utilises the new information technologies and services other park users (but specifically excluding financial and professional services to visiting members of the public, including banks, building societies, estate agencies, and betting offices); and to (b) drawings $2131 / 03-01,-02,-03,-04$, and -05 which are date stamped 25th July 2003.
- This approval shall expire if not taken up within 4 years of the date of this notice.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
