Primrose College has had permitted permission for demolition and reconstruction - PA 0012303. Proposed here is the retention of the existing college and its extension. The existing annex to the east will be removed and replaced by an annex running at night angles to the existing. I have discussed the demand appearance of the proposal with the Conservation Section who are generally happy with it. The windows in the existing have been modified to be more traditional as are those in the extension. A new open plan is also proposed. Defe for: Consultation regarding means of escape and a one stop.
