- This approval is in principle only and will remain valid for a period of two years within which time no development may take place until such time as details of the reserved matters (siting, design, external appearance, internal layout, means of access, landscaping) have been approved by the Planning Authority. Such reserved matters should form the subject of a single application.
- This approval relates to drawing number $0328 / 1 / 4$ date stamped 17th June 2003 and drawing number $0328 / 1$ date stamped 19th November 2003.
- Between the beginning of Easter and the end of September the buildings must only be used as holiday accommodation, with no individual let exceeding four weeks in duration.
- The conversion should utilise existing openings and not introduce any extensions or insertions into the roof.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult the Water Authority with regard to the Water Supply Byelaws.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
