R.E. PA03/00583/B - Erection is a conservatory to rear elevation, 3, REAYNT-NY-SLEITYN, CLIFTON PARK, RAMSEY. Thank you for your recent letter concerning the above. Our neighbors have spoken directly to us and we do not oppose the development.
As regards the use of obscured glazing there is a wooden fence between us which should suitably limit the potential of overlooking our property.
