Application No: 03/0670 ### Planning Report and Recommendations #### General Report Site Visited: YES/NO The question is: has in the field conservation area the application been to a change of use of a ground floor sling unit to improve accommodation residential to upper floors and replacement slings, wash windows? We have met with the applicant to assess the protocols in particular. We will replace the windows and the sling unit. The application drawings represent these discussions. We note that the sketer elevation shows a few times design, which the architect's drawings do not. Our preference is to retain the few times design.
