In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Mrs N Roberts
Proposal: Alterations including installation of sliding sash windows to at: replace existing and conversion of ground floor shop to residential 11 Christian Street Peel IM5 1NW which was considered on 14 August 2003, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing numbers $0311 / 1 / 3$ and $0311 / 1 / 2$.
- The front door must be a timber framed four panelled door.
- The windows and door must be painted, not stained.
- Each window must have a four pane appearance to match the glazing pattern of the existing windows, not a two pane appearance as indicated.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
