Planning Report and Recommendations #### General Report Site Visited ☑ YES / ☐ NO The proposal is the approval in principle for the erection of a dwelling and garage on land to the rear of an existing dwelling on Legayre Road in Ramsey. The access to the site is proposed to be taken from an existing access. Approval in principle for the erection of a dwelling and garage was previously granted on the 9/11/90, this previous approval was very similar to the current proposal. An objection has been received from DOT on the grounds that the visibility splays are insufficient to permit safe advance visibility. Given the previous approval on the site it is considered that a refusal would be difficult to support and the proposal should be approved. Signed A.
