Planning Report and Recommendations General Report Site Visited YES/NO The application is for approval in principle for the erection of a dwelling on a field adjacent to the Jurby Road in Lezayre. A previous application (97/356) was refused at appeal on the 1st April 1998 and the department declined to consider an application (02/022) due to it being substantially the same as the previous application and submitted within five years of the refusal. It is not considered that policy and any material considerations have changed since the previously refused application. Accordingly this proposal still represents a new dwelling in the countryside and is contrary to policy. Signed A.
