McGarrigle \& Jackson Sydney Mount Bucks Road Douglas IM1 3DB In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Mr S Morgan
Proposal: Erection of replacement outbuilding to provide additional living accommodation at: Clougher House Ballamodha Straight Ballamodha Ballasalla IM9 3AZ which was considered on 14 August 2003, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
Note 3: Rights of the review of the decision are attached.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the plans and information submitted as part of this application and date stamped 26th June 2003.
- The building may be occupied in association with Clougher House, Ballamodha Straight only, and not as a separate unit of residential accommodation.
- All plumbing stacks must be constructed internally.
- The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.
- The exterior stonework must be of a traditional nature.
NOTE: Split stone on a backing render is not acceptable as an external finish.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
