Application No: J 0257 ### Planning Report and Recommendations #### General Report Site Visited YES/NO The property is on existing sizeable house with outbuildings which have recently been the subject of conversions and reconstruction (RAS). Now proposed is the creation of a large agricultural building to the CFC of the house. The building is 41m x 15m and cannot be justified by the limited carriage defined in the application. There are inadequate sizeable buildings on the site whenever not used. Please defer: SEE 9.6.03 The applicant has provided more information about why the site is required and will have also received a response to this form (PC). The building is large although quite well screened by existing trees. Whilst there is a substantial information about: - Summary of objections/views - LPC at a need - DOT defer #### Recommendations Approve/Refuse Why the building is needed, there is no real explanation as to why the existing buildings not be used at least for the vehicle & machine storage and stabling.
