- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This application relates to the installation of uPVC sliding sash windows with decorative horns as shown on the submitted drawings.
- All subsidiary glazing bars must be externally fitted on installation.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
