apartment would represent an error development of the ate by reason of:
a. The lack of external space and the close proximity to the ate bandages
b. The proposed tandem poking arrangements and limited opportunity to the timing of activities considering the repeated size of the ate and the lack of provision for on-site poking
c. The height and walking of the apartment blade which would dominate the surrounding buildings according to the services of the children and appearance of the area.
There would be remoted liability for
rendering traffic at the access onto Patrick Street; the use to solve the development would be contrary to the interests of good safety.
