It comprises a cluster of total buildings and total land to the north east of the Peer Road. 3. St. Trinier's chapter has between the building, glass and the main road. 4. The proposal is for the conversion of the two storey store both on the site to 2 dwellings. 5. History: PA 021839 Erection of replacement dwellings, conversion of existing store and link - approved 81st October 2002. 6. Main proposed is the final plot of the scheme, whilst the plan shows a sympathetic conversion of tens of speed. Date Summary of objections/views SPACE - conducted to be presented. Plans poorly annotated. i.e. it is not good which alterations / building modes are required - is the load to be replaced / retained? 3. No indication of residential alltilages - are the 2 dwellings to be sold off? 4. No indication of sparing arrangements & bar storage. This is important given that the original dwelling 100 be removed. The ban will be made visible from the road. 5. Bedriddening - There could be added to the no one building to solve the bad holding. Does this ban still solve a purpose? ### Dates to Solom Collect to advice on planning, survey & advice given. Di, the buildings are not presently used for agricultural purposes - when limited the site all the while clogs there were only a few spats! The chimneys are not terribly detailed but there's probably enough to conclude that they're ok. A structural survey would be useful or at least cmoosewence that the buildings are structuring sound. A poke-dryout would also be helpful. SEC 9703 Addendum at introduction 1. Structural survey - demonstrated the sound condition of the building. 2. Exciting straititude is to reported in line with. 3.
