1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the plans and information submitted as part of this application and date stamped 14th May 2003.
3. The building must only be used for agricultural purposes.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
