It sits between two existing properties - St Nicholas' Road to the north and the other about its name. From a site of archaeological interest to the south, below this site. The site is designated as woodland on the extent plan (1989). The pension of the Laxey Plan re-designates the site as residential on the basis that there is a clearing within the trees and it appeared to be part of a road in part of the adjacent residential outage. How proposed is the principle of the anchor of a dwelling accessed by Breeze Hill which is not suitable for future development (see DOT). There is also concern about the setting of the cheapest monument which is not shown on the area plan.
