The process serving this site - freeze Mill - is normally steep and contains sharp tuns for these reasons. The process is unsuitable to serve further development as fuller traffic would show reduced road safety for those pedestrians and drivers. If vehicles using the feasibility process also do public footpath.
Development of this site would adversely affect the setting of the current monument - an Early Medieval chapel or Keeill which is located immediately south of the application site. It is also thought that the area surrounding this site could contain further evidence of archaeological remains (local grands) which should not be discussed.
