APPLICATION No. 03/55 Page of 1. The proposed use would be contrary to the land-use zoning on the Douglas Local Plan, on which the site falls within an area zoned for Tourism and Leisure purposes. 2. There is no provision for parking space for the staff who would work in the proposed estate agency. 3. In any case, the loss of a residential unit within the town at this time would add to the generally acknowledged shortage of residential accommodation for small households in the Douglas area. E.S.F.
