Condition 1

Condition 2

Condition 3
The occupation of the proposed dwelling must be limited to persons whose employment or latest employment is or was employed in agriculture in the Island and including also the dependants of such person as foresaid.
Condition 4
Any dwelling proposed by a reserved matters application must be single storey and designed as a traditional style cottage in accordance with Planning Circular 3/91 "Guide to the Design of Residential Development in the Countryside" policies 2-7 inclusive.
Condition 5
The access drive arrangements shall comprise a turning feature to permit a motor car to turn round within the site, so that the vehicle can emerge from the site in forward gear.
Condition 6
Parking arrangements on site shall meet the requirements of the Planning Committee after consultation with the Highway Authority.
Condition 7
The access, including the sight lines, shall meet the requirements of the Planning Committee after consultation with the Highway Authority.
