- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of a garage as shown in drawing 04 received on 10th April 2003.
- The garage may be used only for the storage of domestic motor vehicles associated with 13 Groudle Road.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
