In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Moyard Ltd
Proposal: Amendment to previously approved dwelling and garage at: Plot 30 Manor Park Onchan
Which was considered on 22 May 2003, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- The building may only be used as a private residence.
- This approval relates to the erection of house and linked garage, as shown in drawings reference 111.3.2 Rev F, 111.3.20 Rev B, 111.3.21 Rev A and 111.3.22 Rev C all received on 14th April 2003.
- No development may commence until such times as the design and detail of the rear boundary treatment has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Committee following consultation with all parties whose property abuts the rear boundary. The boundary must be constructed and completed in accordance with the approved details before the dwelling is occupied.
- The roof must be finished in slate-covered tiles not red rustic tiles as proposed.
- The gradient of the drive may not exceed one in ten.
- No water from the site may be permitted to flow onto the highway.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
