Re: Planning Application 03/0142 - Queen's Court, Queen's Road, Port St. Mary - Proposed Garage.
My Commissioners considered the above Planning Application at their Monthly Board Meeting held on the 19th May 2003, and although they approved the Application in Principle, they questioned whether the proposed garage was being built outside of the building line applicable to Queen's Road.
They also considered the visual effect of the roof construction oppressive when viewed from the road. My Commissioners apologise for the delay in replying due to the fact that the plans were received after their April Meeting. Yours sincerely,
