Proposal: Amendments to approved conversion of farm building to dwelling at: (02/00988B) Upper Cordeman Cordeman Road St. Marks Ballasalla IM9 3AJ which was considered on 3 June 2003, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.

- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the plans and information submitted as part of this application and date stamped 17th April 2003.
- The conditions attached to PA 02/0988 which granted approval to the conversion of farm building to dwelling shall apply to this application.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
