The site is incompletely defined, but could be taken to comprise the curvilinear shape of a warehouse ("unit one") within the former quality of Douglas Head Road. 2. The application proposes that "bays 1-3" of the warehouse should be used for "furniture recycling/auction sales room". The block plan indicates parking space on the forecourt between the warehouses and on the approach from the Head Road. 3. The principal issues are, I suggest: - (a) Parking provision; - (b) Fire safety (see FFO's report); and - (c) The nature of "recycling" and "signed" its impacts.
