Application No: 30187 ### Planning Report and Recommendations #### General Report Site Visited: YES/NO The application is for the removal of an agricultural workers tie from a building at Crofton Farm, Birk. Evidence has been submitted that outlines the history of the site. An application in 1976 to convert part of an outbuilding into residential was soon approved subject to an agricultural workers condition. It is understood that at the time the resultant dwelling was used by the applicant's daughter and secretary not a home-like farmworker. Since that time the level of farming has significantly decreased and it is understood that from casual to be a working farm 10-15 years ago. It is considered that it has been suitably shown that the property has not been used as an agricultural workers dwelling for a considerable length of time. In view of this and recent appeal decisions, such as Mr. Siddall at Lower Chentraman Farm, the removal is acceptable. Signed: J.
