The Farm has the benefit of two dwellings. The most recent being a barn conversion. Whilst sympathetic to the applicants circumstances, the conversion would not comply with Placing Circular with regard to the renovation of buildings within the countryside. In addition, the site is located within the St Marks Conservation Area.
