Proposed here is the principle of 3 new dwellings to the east of the existing cottage. The land is not designated for development and development has been restored in the vicinity. Also, when permission was granted for the redevelopment of the cottage care was taken to ensure that the new cottage did not exceed 100 feet east. This was a complete waste of time if permission were to be forthcoming for these new dwellings. The development is unjustified and unacceptable.
