In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Mrs S Kerrison

Which was considered on 23 May 2003, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- This approval is in principle only and remain valid for a period of two years within which time no development may take place until such time as details of the reserved matters (siting, design, external appearance, internal layout, means of access, landscaping, road and footpath layout including surface finishes and type of kerbing) have been approved by the Planning Authority. Such reserved matters should form the subject of a single application.
- This approval relates to drawing numbers 3480/1, 3480/2 and the tree survey date stamped the 4th March 2003.
- Any built development must be limited to the northern extent of the application site and not involve the development of the identified area of woodland and saltmarsh.
- Any built development must respect the existing form and rhythm of the adjacent properties of Belmont Terrace. This approval does not imply any approval for the form of development as indicated on drawing number 3840/1.
- Parking arrangements on site shall meet the requirements of the Planning Authority after consultation with the Highway Authority.
NOTE PRIOR to the commencement of any works/submission of detailed plans the applicant is advised to consult the Development Control Engineer, Department of Transport.
NOTE No trees may be felled without the prior permission of the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry.
NOTE The applicant/developer is recommended to consider provision for the disabled.
NOTE Prior to the submission of a reserved matters application the applicant/developer is advised to discuss with the drainage issues for the site with the relevant authority.
NOTE Prior to the submission of a reserved matters application the applicant/developer is advised to discuss development proposals for the site with the relevant Planning Officer.
