In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 24th May 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The use and development hereby approved must be taken up within four years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time.
- This approval relates to the location plan, polytunnel details and drawing no.s 11/0070/01, 11/0070/02, 11/0070/03 and 11/0070/06 date stamped the 11th March 2011 and drawing no.s 11/0070/04 rev. A and 11/0070/05 rev. A date stamped the 18th May 2011.
- Prior to the commencement of use the visibility splays onto Old Castletown Road must be constructed and set out in accordance with drawing no. 11/0070/04 rev. A date stamped the 18th May 2011.
- Prior to the commencement of use the car park must be constructed and set out in accordance with drawing no. 11/0070/05 rev. A date stamped the 18th May 2011.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
