Assessment
The application site is located within a Conservation Area. The proposal is to replace the existing front door with a uPVC door with a composite door. The Conservation Officer is content with the proposal considering it is only replacing an existing uPVC door. The proposal will not adversely affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area. It is recommended that planning permission be granted subject to conditions.
