In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr \& Mrs Julian Driver Proposal: Change of use of redundant car park to storage yard and works parking at: Station Hotel Car Park Station Road Port St. Mary Isle of Man which was considered on 22nd February 2010, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- This permission relates to the use of the car park as shown in drawing 0811A/01 received on 10th November, 2009, for the storage of landscaping related material, vehicles and plant, all associated with JD Landscapes for as long as the operators of this company reside in Ballaghreiney, alongside.
- The use must be taken up within four years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time.
- No material may be stored to a height above 2.7 m above the ground level on the site.
- Prior to the commencement of the use as approved, the applicant must have approved by the Planning Authority a scheme of reinforcement of the perimeter trees and shrubs to help screen the stored material and plant from view from outside the site. Once approved, the scheme must be implemented in the first planting season available.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
