Proposed Agricultural Store And Tractor Shed
The proposal is to construct a single storey timber framed building with hayloft, externally finished with oak to the walls and a natural slate roof.
The purpose of the building is to garage a tractor, mower, small excavator and other equipment used to work the land.
The new building will be constructed approximately 1 m away from the existing dilapidated building (see enclosed photographs), which will then be removed and the site cleared. The container, also used to house equipment will be removed.
