I can advise that under the authority delegated by the Department, the Director determined to approve your request for an extension of the planning consent granted for a further period of 1 year.

Accordingly your planning approval will now expire on 13 April 2015.

This extension of time relates only to planning permission granted under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005. No extension of time is granted or implied to permissions granted under other legislation including any permission granted under the Building Control Act 1991 and Building Regulations 2007.
