Mr T Craine Tiree 28 Victoria Road Castletown In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: J C Properties Ltd Proposal: Creation of a fenced storage compound at: Land Off Harcourt Drive Adjacent To Total Filling Station Balthane Ballasalla Isle Of Man which was considered on 26th January 2010, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- This permission relates to the creation of a fenced compound facility for the storage of materials, plant, skips and vehicles all as shown and described in the location and site plans and the fencing details all received on 3rd November, 2009.
- Prior to 26th February, 2010 the applicant must have approved by the Planning Authority a scheme of tree and/or shrub planting and/or mounding alongside the north western boundary (parallel with the A5 Douglas Road) to reinforce the existing trees and hedging. Such planting scheme must be implemented by 31st March, 2010.
- No materials may be stored to a height exceeding 3 m above the ground level of the site. For clarification "materials" do not include vehicles or plant.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
