In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

SCHEDULE OF CONDITIONS:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of a workshop/garage building as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings AA1 and AA2 and P4261-01 all received on 25th November 2009.
- The elevational cladding is required to be finished with an olive green colour, whilst the roof is to be finished with a dark grey colour.
- The workshop/garage hereby permitted may only be used for the maintenance and repair of vehicles associated with the use of the site.

NOTE It should be noted that it is an offence under Manx legislation to permit the discharge of polluting or harmful matter to any public sewers or watercourses. Appropriate measures must be taken by the developer/occupier of the premises to ensure compliance with the legislation.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005. Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
