This permission relates to the alterations and conversion of two shops into one, as shown and described in drawings reference 4274-LP, -SP, $-1,-2,-3,-4,5.1$ and -5.2 all received on 16th October, 2009.
Condition 3
The shop may be used in accordance with Class 1 of the Use Classes, Schedule 4 of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005.
