Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted Location Plan, Drawings No. 1 and 2 and Rooflight Details x2 all received on 7th September, 2009.
NOTE The applicant is advised to follow to guidelines set out by the Environmental Health Officer under the European Communities (Isle of Man) Act 1973 and associated Regulations Food Act 1996 and associated Regulations - Health and Safety at Work etc act 1974.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
