Permission was granted for an extension to an existing conservatory at 85 King Edward Road, Onchan, Isle of Man. The work concerned the rear elevation of the property. Two conditions were attached to the approval.
The application was approved by a delegated Senior Planning Officer on 3 November 2009. The proposal involved extending an existing conservatory on the rear elevation of the property, and the officer recommended it be permitted.
Extensions and alterations to existing residential property will generally not be opposed where such proposals are appropriate in terms of scale, massing, design, appearance and impact on adjacent property.
Condition 1
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
