This approval relates to the demolition of existing Church Hall and erection of dwelling, Methodist Church Hall, Glen Maye, Patrick as shown by Plan A and AT 979.1 received 13th July 2009 and AT 979.2 Rev 3 received 15th September 2009.
Condition 3
The windows in the front elevation of the approved dwelling must be sliding sash.
Condition 4
The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.
Condition 5
There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
