McGarrigle \& Jackson 19 Mount Havelock Douglas IM1 2QG In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr Brian Fitzsimmons Proposal: Erection of a replacement dwelling at: Settlers Hollow King Edward Road Onchan Isle of Man IM3 2JP which was considered on 12th November 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing no.s P01 rev. B, P02, P03, P04 and P05 date stamped the 17th September 2009.
- Prior to the commencement of development details of the type and colour of the roofing material must be submitted to and agreed by the Planning Authority.
NOTE In respect of condition no. 3 it is advised that the Planning Committee expressed the view that the colour of the roof should be dark grey or similar so as to limit its visual impact on the landscape.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
